At Tods N Kids, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is delightful. However, if you need to exchange a product, our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Exchange
Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt and tags attached.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items in inadequate condition will not be eligible for exchange.
Baby care and feeding items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene concerns.
How to Exchange
Repack the Item: Ensure the product is securely packed with the original tags and invoice included.
Reason for Exchange: Clearly mention the reason for exchange (e.g., size, defect) on the return parcel or email us.
Ship to Us: Customers are responsible for returning items via traceable courier or registered post to the address below: Tods N Kids Shop #24, D/9, Ishrat Arcade, Rizvia Society, Karachi
Terms & Conditions
Shipping Costs: Customers bear the cost of returning articles. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Only: We operate a No Refund Policy. Customers may select a product of equal or higher value; the difference must be paid for higher-value items.
Defective Items: If the product is defective, contact us immediately at hello@todsnkids.com or +92-342-3019549. Approved claims will be processed within 10 working days, and you can choose a replacement item.
Seasonal Stock: Summer items can only be exchanged with summer products and winter items with winter products.
International Orders
Currently, no returns or exchanges are offered for international orders.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled any time before shipping.
Once shipped, the exchange policy will apply.
Important Notes
Always consult the size chart before purchasing to avoid sizing issues.
Slight color variations due to screen resolutions are not eligible for exchange.
