Flat rate of PKR 250 applies to all nationwide deliveries.
Free delivery on orders exceeding PKR 3,000.
International Orders
Due to increased petroleum and dollar prices, free shipping for international orders is temporarily unavailable.

Delivery Timeline
Local Deliveries
Karachi: 1-3 working days after order confirmation.
Other Cities in Pakistan: 3-5 working days after order confirmation.
For orders with incomplete addresses or items with volumetric weight, a 10% assurance deposit is required, which will be deducted from the COD amount. Deposit to:

International Deliveries
Delivery takes 7-10 working days depending on the destination. Exact delivery timelines vary and will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Note: Delivery times may be extended during sales, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Dispatch
Orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
During sales or high-order volumes, processing times may extend to 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number.
Use the tracking number to check your order’s status via our courier partners:
Ensure availability on the provided contact number for confirmation or delivery inquiries.
If unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel can be rescheduled or delivered to a neighbor upon payment confirmation.
