Product Information and Pricing
All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, slight variations in product color may occur due to screen settings.
Prices include all applicable taxes. In compliance with the Federal Budget 2024-25, a 3% increase (15% to 18%) in prices has been implemented.
Tods N Kids reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product details and to cancel any orders placed under incorrect information.
Orders and Payments
Order Placement
Orders can be placed through our website, via phone call, or by messaging us.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Items are only confirmed once you complete the checkout process.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a Sales Order Summary via email within one hour. If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at +92-342-3019549.
Tods N Kids reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel your order based on stock availability.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically delivered within 3-4 working days for local orders. Delivery times may vary based on stock availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery charges:
Local: Flat rate of PKR 250
International: Flat rate of USD 200
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can track your order using the provided links from our courier partners:
Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and receipts attached.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene concerns, baby care and feeding items are non-exchangeable.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Customers bear the cost of returning items via traceable courier.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once processed, changes cannot be made.

Warranty and Returns
We stand by the quality of our products. If a product is found defective, we encourage customers to return it for inspection. Approved claims will be processed within 10 working days, and a replacement will be offered.
